Refund policy

Services: B. Beautiful requires 48 hours minimum notice to change or cancel any appointment failing to do so will require a 50% charge of your booked service. Longer appointments require 50% deposit that is deducted from your total payment. Please note 15 minutes or later is considered a no show, 3 or more no shows will require a 100% non refundable deposit.
All out of hours and off site appointment deposits are non refundable. Any deposit that has been honoured for a previous appointment is non refundable and only able to be used on that service.

Retail: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All duties, taxes and shipping is final.
