Iconic LGBTQ+ Brow Moments

Happy Pride Month!

You guys know how much we love brows, so to celebrate pride month, we put together a list to highlight our fave iconic brow moments brought to you by our friends in the LGBTQ+ community! 

Kim Chi

Kim Chi is not afraid to arch those brows! Her brow style changes every time she’s on screen to match her eclectic and loud personality. And somehow, she manages to serve in any brow style she throws on! It’s always a mystery how she’ll style her brows each time she makes an appearance. These high arches are definitely my fave look on her. They elevate her cheekbones and she’s pulling off height that most people are afraid to do. 

Cara Delevingne 

You can’t talk about brows without bringing up Cara. She makes me want to leave my brows untamed. Cara is blessed with naturally thick and beautiful arched brows. They always seem to look completely natural and untouched yet groomed at the same time. She breaks the popular beauty standard of having a large distance between brows and eyes with her low arched brows, much like Brooke Shields. We love to see unconventional beauty. 

Frida Kahlo

I am obsessed with Frida Kahlo’s unapologetic unibrow. A lot of the time we forget that unibrows have been a symbol of beauty in many cultures. We’ve become so accustomed to over plucking to make sure our brows are separated. Frida’s unibrow has become iconic and she never fails to highlight them in her famous self-portraits. 

Dan Levy

Eugene Levy made sure to pass on the signature Levy brows to his son Dan, aka our fave, David from Schitts Creek. Dan is what I call, the king of eyebrow acting. Not only are they super luscious you almost want to run your fingers through them, they have a ton of personality. Dan’s expressions when acting, are elevated even more by his expressive brows! 

Kristen Stewart

And lastly, we can’t forget about this iconic brow moment. I’m not saying I love it, but I also don’t seem to hate it. I try to stay away from the bleached brow trend but for some reason, Kristen makes it work. She’s giving me high-fashion, Met Gala camp vibes.
